MASCED Skin Cancer Awareness

I recently completed my MASCED (Melanoma and Skin Cancer Early Detection) Accreditation - a national educational programme for hair, health and beauty industry professionals developed by the National Melanoma and Skin Cancer Charity - SKCIN.

I have been trained to raise awareness of the early signs and symptoms of skin cancer and to promote the early detection of Melanoma in the hope of saving lives.  Melanoma accounts for 86% of all skin cancer.

If you are concerned with any mole that has changed in shape, size, appearence or is itchy, sore or bleeds occasionally you can book a free consultation to have it assessed and checked.  I will provide you with a detailed analysis sheet and photos that allow you to record and monitor any further changes.

Please note - I cannot diagnose skin cancer as I am NOT a medical professional.  I am able to recognise signs of Skin Cancer and refer you with information to your GP.
